All of our glassware is shipped with the most care possible we use copius amounts of bubble wrap as well as for certain pieces we sell them in pelican or str8 cases to ensure safe delivery. As we do know the nature of glass is fragile and shipping can be trecherous at times depending on who is delivering, weather, etc. That being said we do not offer any returns or refunds all sales are final.
